PathCare – Young Hearts Africa Prize Draw Rules:
Eligibility:
The draw is open exclusively to current employees of PathCare.
Donation Entries:
To enter the prize draw, PathCare employees can choose to make a minimum donation of R 10 to Young Hearts Africa via the donation’s platform accessed with the QR code available at your office. Every R 10 donation will count as one entry into the draw.
Identification:
To participate, employees are required to provide their employee number, full name, and valid cell phone number on the donations page when making a donation. This information will be used to identify participants and to contact winners.
Entry Period:
All donations must be made by 23h59 on the 28th of November 2023.
Draw Date:
The date for the prize draws will be 1 December 2023. It will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries. The more entries a participant has, the higher their chances of winning.
Prizes:
The main prize is a Hyundai i10 car, the specific make and model will be determined by PathCare and announced before the draw.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
Notification of Winners:
Winners will be notified on 1 December around 10am using the provided cell phone number.
Public Announcement:
The names of the prize winners will be announced to all PathCare employees.
Compliance:
All participants are expected to comply with the official rules of the prize draw.
Disqualification:
PathCare reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the rules or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Limitation of Liability:
PathCare is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the prize draw.
Amendments:
PathCare reserves the right to make amendments to the rules if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to all participants.
